Terms and Conditions


First and foremost, we strive to please all of our customers to the best of our abilities. This is most easily achieved by open and direct communication on both sides. We encourage our clients to review our FAQ page.

Communication:

We are happy to communicate with our clients via email or phone. We do our best to respond in a timely manner throughout the process, and we appreciate your patience.


Payment:

We accept all major credit cards and paypal through our website. Since we custom design each floral arrangement, we require payment to secure your order, so that we can begin crafting your flowers. If your order is under $250, we require payment in full. Otherwise, we require a 50% deposit up front.

Deposits are non-refundable.


Process & Changes:
You will be notified when we begin crafting.

During the crafting process, you will receive a proof picture of the bloom colors and types. At the end of the crafting process, you will receive a proof picture of the finished products.

We will provide these proof pictures via the primary email you’ve provided.

You will have seven days to approve of the proof pictures. If we have not heard from you with seven days, we will continue as is.

*Orders placed within ten weeks of the wedding date are subject to an expedited time frame. Expedited orders may be subject to a rush fee depending upon the demand of the season.
*Order changes may be subject to a remediation fee.

Refunds:
Since we custom design each floral arrangement, along with having you approve the final product before shipping, we do not offer refunds.

Computer Monitor variance:

Please be aware that pictures showing color reference have been provided to give a visual representation. Due to an individual’s computer monitor or phone settings, calibrations, and light sources, we cannot guarantee that colors will match exactly. If you are worried about this, please mail us a color swatch.

Shipping:
Our preferred carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS), via First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Priority Express. If you prefer to use a different shipping carrier, we can arrange this. An additional fee may apply.

You will be sent a tracking number upon your order being shipped.

We are unable to ship your order until it has been paid in full. If a shipping address is unspecified, we will ship to the billing address.

Our orders are packaged carefully, to ensure that they arrive looking beautiful. If an order is damaged during shipping, please contact us with documentation of the damage.

International orders:

Depending on the specific country’s customs, orders shipped internationally are subject to longer shipping times Please keep this in mind when ordering internationally.
