FAQ

Is everything custom made?

Yes, we custom craft all of our floral products per your specifications. At this time we do not have pre-made options available. We aim to add this option in the future. If you have  inspiration floral arrangements in mind, we’re happy to mimic the look of it. However, we’re more than willing to help with ideas and details of your order if you’re not quite sure what you’re looking for.

How much choice do I have in the customization of my flowers?

You can have as much (or as little) control over your personal order as you want. You can specify your preferences related to bloom color, type, style, accents, holders, scents, and much more. We have professional designers who are experienced in making beautiful floral products, and who are involved throughout the process.

What are Eco Flowers made of?

Our unique bouquets are made out of recycled and sustainable materials, such as birchwood, book pages, brooches, burlap, denim, music sheets, pinecones, and tapioca wood.
Tapioca wood is soft balsa wood which comes from the tapioca plant. It is a handmade, eco friendly product with natural variations so no two are exactly alike.

Can I pick any color?

We are able to dye our tapioca wood flowers in any color except true white. You can view our tapioca flower options here. We can custom dye our flowers to your specific wedding colors. You are encouraged to send us a color swatch.

Can you ship?

Yes! We can ship anywhere in the world, including the location of your destination wedding. Our floral arrangements are packed carefully to assure they arrive looking beautiful for your big day.

We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you would like to go with a different carrier, we are more than happy to make accommodations. Shipping and handling rates vary on the location of the destination, as well as the size of the order.

You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Do I have to place a deposit?

Since we custom design each floral arrangement, we require payment to secure your order, so that we can begin crafting your flowers. If your order is under $250, we require payment in full. Otherwise, we require a 50% deposit up front.

All payments can be made via our website, with a credit card or paypal.

When do I need to place an order?

Because we stay very busy year round, we appreciate that your order is placed as soon as possible.

Since production time takes six to eight weeks, we prefer that your orders are placed two months before your wedding date. If you place your order within one month of your wedding date, a rush fee may apply.

Can I see the finished product before I pay?

Since we craft all of our floral products to the specifications of each bride, we require payment before we begin production.

We are happy to send you pictures of similar arrangements we have done. Once we begin crafting your flowers, we will provide you with proof pictures to make sure you are happy with your flowers.

Can you make a replica bouquet?

We do make replica bouquets. However, we do not have an exact equivalent for every live bloom. We would be happy to make a replica bouquet which captures the “feeling” and reflects the color scheme of the original. It likely will not look like an exact duplicate of a live flower bouquet. Please contact us with a picture of your bouquet so our production team can evaluate the possibility of a replica bouquet.

Do you offer all types of flowers?

We do not have an exact equivalent for every live bloom. Please look under our floral creations tab for our current bloom selection.

Do you offer other products besides bouquets?

We offer all the floral items you would ever want or need for a wedding. We craft boutonnieres, pin-up and wristlet corsages, centerpieces, hair pieces, wreaths, flower balls, and various custom decor items. We also offer individual blooms for DIY decor.

How long will my flowers last?

Our flowers last a lifetime with the proper care! It is best to keep them dry, out of direct sunlight and away from an open flame or heat source. The scent will be strongest for the first couple of weeks, and then slowly fade over the course of a year.
